Registration Process
Registration for the next school year starts in February and March. Priority for acceptance will be given to:
Current families registered as parishioners
Current non-parishioners
New families registered as parishioners
New non-parishioners
If there is space after initial registrations, acceptance will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If the school reaches its enrollment limit, a waiting list will be created, following the same criteria.
Returning students must have current family accounts to process their applications. New Kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1st, according to Florida law. New first graders must be six years old by that date and must have completed Kindergarten.
Prospective students in grades 6-8 must be interviewed by the Principal or a representative, and placement testing may be needed. New families should schedule a tour before completing their application.

FACTS
Returning families can re-enroll in FACTS family portal. FACTS selects one parent as the designated re-enroller. You should have received an email in late Winter. If you want to change the re-enrollment parent, please contact the school. If you have not yet made a FACTS account, you may do so on the RenWeb Family Portal.
Please note all families must register with (click here) FACTS to complete the registration process. FACTS is the largest provider of tuition payment plans in the industry, giving students and families from educational institutions at all levels a better way to manage education costs over time. With a FACTS Tuition Payment Plan, you can choose a convenient payment option to suit your needs. Instead of one lump tuition payment, smaller payments can be made over time.
Scholarship and Tuition Assistance
Step Up For Students Scholarship
Catholic education is more affordable and attainable than ever, thanks to programs like the Step Up For Students Scholarship. This valuable resource helps families access the high-quality, faith-based education they desire for their children. By providing financial assistance, the scholarship opens doors to a Catholic education that fosters both academic excellence and spiritual growth, ensuring that more families can benefit from the holistic development and strong values that Catholic schools offer. With the Step Up For Students Scholarship, the education you seek is within reach.
Endowment Scholarships and HNJ Parish Financial Aid
Tuition assistance may be available to parishioners who demonstrate true, financial need. Tuition assistance applications may be obtained through Donna Lonski, Parish Office, dlonksi@hnj.org, 321-773-2783, x114. The parish uses FACTS, a second party financial assessment company, to determine family eligibility for tuition assistance, and all information submitted for review is strictly confidential. Tuition assistance granted for one year does not guarantee that it will be granted every year.
Immunizations
The Diocese of Orlando requires that, prior to attendance in school, each student present or have on file with the school a certificate of immunization for the prevention of those communicable diseases for which immunization is required by the Department of Health. A Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH 680) completed by a health care provider participating in Florida Shots is required to document the administration of prescribed immunization doses or to document a permanent or temporary exemption therefrom.
An exemption from immunization requirements is permissible only with a physician’s certification as to the need for either a temporary or permanent medical exemption and requires approval of the Superintendent of Catholic Schools. An exemption from immunization requirements is not permissible for religious, philosophical, personal, or other reasons because Catholic tenets support the immunization of students for the protection of all children.
Due to the changes in the immunization policy from the Diocese of Orlando, please view the Diocese of Orlando Immunization Policy.
